Functional Movement Training with me focuses on how your body actually moves in real life. Instead of chasing fancy exercises, I break down the basics: squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, rotating, and walking with control. I look at how you move right now, then build sessions that improve mobility, stability, and strength where you need it most. You will feel the difference when you climb stairs, get off the floor, lift groceries, or play with kids without aches. This approach is especially valuable if you are coming back from inactivity, dealing with stiffness, or want to train hard while lowering your risk of injury.
