In 2019, I started FitGorilla with nothing but an idea and a refusal to let other people's doubts talk me out of it. A lot of people told me not to do it, that there wasn't enough in it for me. But this was never about the money. It was about helping people change their lives one step at a time.

The name FitGorilla comes from something I believe deeply: everyone has that gorilla inside them, the strength, the discipline, the fight, they just don't always know how to bring it out. That's what I set out to do, one person at a time, whether that's through training, apparel, or just showing up for my community.

Since founding FitGorilla, I've built more than a business, I've built a community that puts people before transactions. My work and story were featured in CanvasRebel, but the real proof is in the people I train every day across Delaware, Pennsylvania, and parts of Cecil County who are proving to themselves what they're capable of.
